Embodied Feminine Retreat

Movement, Community Building, Reflection and Therapy, Retreat, Seattle In Person Healing Experience

Embodied Feminine Retreat started as an idea for women-identifying people to get together in Seattle, built on the intention to create multiple spaces where real empowerment and connection could thrive. The core of this work is about letting go of the heavy layers of patriarchal and colonial influence, rethinking how we relate to our bodies, and shifting how power shows up in our relationships. Through group processing and embodiment workshops, Embodied Feminine encourages all of us to step into the fullness of our humanity—embracing the joy, play, and aliveness that life has to offer.

The purpose of this work is to undo the burdens of patriarchal and colonial  traditions, renegotiate the relationship with our bodies, redistribute the power in relationships, all while staying in touch with the play of life. The work of Embodied Feminine is currently expressed through these retreats.

What we’ll get up to and what’s included:

  • Opportunities to reconnect with nature—both in the great outdoors and within yourself.

  • Optional excursions to explore the charming town of Leavenworth.

  • Optional yoga sessions and exclusive movement workshops.

  • Receive a detailed guide to Olivia’s unique movement method following your stay to integrate as you go back home.

Logistics

We’ll start the retreat around 5pm on the 20th, but feel free to arrive at the retreat center  anytime after 4pm. We’ll wrap things up by noon on the 23rd, and we ask that everyone stay fully present until then.

This retreat is all about creating space for both solo and group experiences—meditation, movement, yoga, writing, and processing together. Each activity is designed to connect with your heart, mind, and body. But remember, it’s not about following a strict schedule or doing things to meet expectations. Instead, it’s about tuning into yourself—listening deeply to what’s true for you, and allowing that to guide your experience.

Communication with other attendees: For each retreat, a private facebook group is created - this can help retreat participants to get to know each other before the weekend and collaborate on transportation.

Accommodation and food:  All food and boarding are included in the cost. Multiple options are available below.

Transportation: You won’t need to leave the retreat center during your stay. However, some people prefer to have a car for trips into town during breaks, and carpooling with other attendees can also be arranged. If you're coming from Seattle, there is a train to Leavenworth. For an additional $35, the retreat center can arrange transportation from the train station to the retreat center—just let us know in advance.

Cancellation Policy: Due to the vendor charges for processing payments plus all of the backend work we do to prepare, we are unable to offer refunds. However, should you need to cancel for some reason, you are welcome to either gift  your spot to someone, or exchange your spot with someone else.

After payment and before the retreat: A brief questionnaire will be sent to you upon registration, regarding how you can best prepare for the retreat and how we can get to know you better. This email will also provide a very basic outline of what will happen over the course of the retreat.
