Sunday Reset

It is okay to get support, reconnect with your body, and reset your nervous system. In fact, rest is necessary medicine for our personal and collective resilience, creativity, and wholeness.

Dedicating time to pause can feel hard, out of reach, and downright unrealistic. This is made even more difficult amidst tragedy and change, both personal and global.

At Shelterwood we believe community is our medicine. This monthly offering is an invitation to:

  • soften our nervous systems

  • connect purposefully with one another

  • connect with our inner wisdom

  • learn and try on practices that support rest and ease

Logistics

This offering is FREE and all are welcome! We gather virtually on Zoom.

Our rhythm of gathering is the first Sunday of each month (timing varies from month-to-month). Harumi LaDuke, Lynda Lopez, and Nicole Greenwald collaborate in holding this container.

Please RSVP to let us know you’ll be joining us this month. We’ll send an email the evening before the gathering with Zoom access.
