Tending the Heart Garden: A meditation and group processing circle

Weekly Neighborhood Meditation Circle

You are welcome to join us in carving out space each week for a grounding meditation circle facilitated by therapist and meditation instructor, Austin Winchester.

Begin your day with calm, intention, and community.

This inclusive gathering offers a space to pause, connect, and cultivate mindfulness through guided meditations and gentle creative prompts.

Whether you're new to meditation or looking to deepen your practice, this circle is open to everyone in the neighborhood. Together, we'll create a supportive community to carry the stillness and clarity of these moments into our daily lives.
