Jacqueline Cuayo, MDiv
Soul Care Provider & Ritual Maker
Hi, I’m Jacqueline (she/her), and I’m so glad you’re here. In my practice Luna Soul Care & Rituals, I offer a unique blend of holistic support for helping professionals who need space to center and recharge, as well as people moving through life transitions – whether of grief or celebration. I also support folks who want open-minded, spacious companionship and guidance on their spiritual journey.
I weave evidenced-based therapeutic and mindfulness practices with custom, arts-based rituals and compassionate presence. I curate space for you to slow down and notice, cultivate your embodied wisdom, be present with the different parts of yourself, and deepen your sustainability for life and work amidst the pressures of this fast-paced – often disorienting – world.
Our work together may take the shape of weekly or monthly one-on-one Soul Care Sessions, similar to therapy or spiritual direction. Depending on your needs and desires, we may incorporate ritual, somatic practices, or spiritual practices as ways to help you connect with your full self and move toward integration and wholeness.
As a Soul Care Provider and Ritual Maker, I am informed by my undergraduate studies in Human Development and Family & Child Sciences (2005), as well as my graduate studies in seminary at The Seattle School of Theology & Psychology (Master of Divinity, 2013). I value life-long learning and growth – never arriving, always cultivating presence, curiosity, nuance, and wonder. I have worked for over ten years providing relational and spiritual care in healthcare settings, adult education, non-profits, and spiritual communities.
In addition to one-on-one Soul Care Sessions, I offer groups and circles for folks to practice self-care and connect with others in facilitated, communal spaces.
For those who want to honor a life transition or important shift with a special ritual or meaningful event, whether privately or with loved ones, I offer various packages.
For leaders and healing practitioners who want to incorporate ritual in their organization or practice, I offer consulting sessions, as well as periodic workshops and consult groups. Reach out for details: www.lunasoulcare.com/contact
