Psychotherapist

(she/they)

I support adults navigating a variety of issues, including chronic pain and chronic illness, depression and grief, dissociative conditions, complex trauma, relationship challenges, searches for meaning, and family of origin concerns. Trained in depth psychology, I am an ideal fit for anyone who is engaged in the process of self-understanding, curious about life, and seeking to be known. I believe the potential for deep healing, connection, and revitalization exists within this work. My approach, while holistic, is rooted in relational psychoanalysis and the belief that talking—about questions and issues that matter—leads to change.

Humans are complex creatures in a complex world, and we can at times become disconnected from our own innate strength and wisdom. I provide a supportive, encouraging environment for individuals wanting to explore who they are, where they might be stuck, and what they most want out of this life.

You'll find in me a warm, thoughtful, collaborative partner. In a world that prizes efficiency and speed, I aim to create a space in which we can move at your pace. Identifying core issues and patterns and creatively changing takes time, but the positive effects reverberate far beyond our own lives. Please reach out if you'd like to learn more.

My master’s in Counseling Psychology is from the Seattle School of Theology and Psychology, and I receive ongoing psychoanalytic education through the Stephen Mitchell Relational Study Center in New York.

As someone with a history of chronic pain, I am proud to be on the board of the Psychophysiologic Disorders Association (PPDA), a nonprofit that educates practitioners and the public on scientific mind-body approaches to understanding and treating chronic pain and other chronic, medically unexplained symptoms.

I consider this sacred work, and a true privilege. I look forward to meeting.
