Psychotherapist | Sex & Perinatal Therapist

(She/Her)

We are all greeted with moments where pause, pain, or a deep knowing for change calls us forward. This can be a very daunting and overwhelming experience - and responding to it takes courage! Because of this, and in my own knowing as a client in therapy, it is my life’s work and passion to become an entry point for people to have that call heard and received with genuine, compassionate care.

I am a couples and family therapist with specialized training in sex therapy and perinatal mental health. I believe in the body as a site of knowledge that houses the intuitive and seeks peace, pleasure, and belonging in its most authentic form. My work is dedicated to helping you get there.

I work with people of all walks of life through common challenges including intimacy, connection, sexual satisfaction, identity development, life transitions and stepping into our most empowered selves. My work naturally utilizes frameworks that are consent-based and trauma informed, including attachment therapy, narrative therapy, sensate focus, and the developmental model for couples therapy. I currently see teens (15+), individuals, couples, and relationships of all forms via telehealth.

Beyond my work as a therapist, I am passionate about all things art, movement, and history. I enjoy film scores and historical epics, moody jazz and morning coffee, sci-fi and cartography, video games and stand-up comedy, and adventures local and afar with my partner and our dog.
