I am a psychotherapist serving populations in Washington and California and I have over a decade of experience working in the non-profit sector with children and families. Walking alongside clients who are struggling is a new expression of what I have always been passionate about - relationships.
I believe that, together, we help each other heal through connection, storytelling, and holding sacred space. In counseling and coaching, this relationship looks like curiosity, exploration of formative relationships, and empowering you to share your lived experience.
At Shelterwood Collective, I provide individual counseling, relationship counseling, and counseling for children and families. For those looking for a less traditional approach to care, I provide relationship coaching as well as weekend intensives.
In our work together, I invite you to come as you are, without expectation and with a curious heart.

$160 per 50-minute individual session
$185 per 50-minute relationship and family sessions
Payments are received via debit or credit card. If my fees are too high for you, let’s talk. I offer reduced fee services for those facing financial challenges.
Insurance
At this time, I hold a small number of slots for clients who would like to use their insurance benefits. I am paneled with a number of insurance carriers in CA and WA. Please contact me for more information.Monthly statements for out of network reimbursement are also available.
Location
Telehealth appointments are available for clients anywhere in Washington or California. A limited number of in-person sessions are available in Orange County, California.
