Psychotherapist

(he/him)

If you’re experiencing shame, guilt, or crippling perfectionism, I would like to help. You may feel stuck, wrestling with constant self-criticism or struggling with the same damaging ideas for years making self-acceptance impossible. Whatever you’re going through, you don’t have to endure it alone. I hope to create a space where you feel safe to share your story, support you in navigating the most painful parts, and ultimately help you find healing and wholeness. While we can’t change the past, we can shape its impact on our present and future.

I enjoy working with Asian-American adults and teens suffering from depression, anxiety, and relationship issues. I also provide therapy for pastors and help navigate issues like spiritual abuse and ministerial burnout. My approach is relational and psychodynamic while integrating other evidenced based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).

It takes courage to ask for help, and it would be my privilege to connect with you. I offer a free phone consultation so that we can connect and make sure I am a good fit for you. I invite you to reach out with any questions and you can also learn more about me on my website.
