Hi, I’m Zoe. I take an individual, supportive approach to psychotherapy, adapting to the needs of each person. I work with clients to develop greater self-awareness and improve coping skills. This combination develops symptom relief while also creating the possibility for lasting transformation. I believe we all have the answers inside, we just need a little help navigating sometimes. Creating a safe space to process feelings and thoughts can provide fertile ground for healing, growing, and flourishing.
As a relational therapist, you can expect me to engage with you through listening, questions and insights. I bring curiosity to help us discover together what is impacting your current concerns. My modalities are a blend from: Relational, Narrative, and Psychodynamic therapies. I also offer Psychedelic Integrative Therapy.
I am passionate about supporting others and believe it is sacred and honorable work to engage in life with others. I am a certified Grief Educator through David Kessler, and am currently being trained in Psychedelic Integrative Therapy through Psychedelic Support.
A little about me: I grew up in a remote Alaskan village, experiencing both extreme adventure and extreme adversity. I am an avid long-distance motorcycle rider. In addition to riding, I enjoy family, friends, camping, and writing novels.

$200 for a 75 minute intake session
$160 for 55 minute sessions
$175 for a 55 minute family session
I accept payment by credit/debit card, HSA/FSA
Insurance
As an affiliate of Shelterwood Collective, I am in-network for Lifewise of Washington, Lifewise Assurance, Premera Blue Cross, and some out of state Blue Cross plans. For all other plans, please contact your insurance carrier to determine if they will pay out-of-network benefits for an Associate Counselor.
Location
My office is in downtown North Bend WA where I offer in-person or telehealth sessions.
