Psychotherapist & Art Therapist

(She/Her & They/Them)

I am compassionate, creative, and committed to curating a safe and supportive environment in which clients can reflect, discover, heal, and transform.

As a trained Art Therapist and talk therapist, I facilitate counseling sessions that utilize the process of art-making in conjunction with verbal reflection. This approach provides a rich opportunity to deepen one’s understanding of the self, one's own history, strengths, challenges, and internal wisdom. Additionally, it fosters strong communication within the therapeutic relationship.

I bring to my work, a nationally accredited and trauma-informed Masters Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and Art Therapy, from Antioch University. In addition to my training, my counseling approach is shaped by  years of experience in hospital settings, where I was often meeting with individuals during times of immense pain and transition. I bring the same urgency, attention, and compassion to my work in private practice, acknowledging the unique complexities of each person I have the gift of working with. My counseling approach is culturally conscious and social justice oriented, and acknowledges the communities and systems by which each individual is shaped and rooted.

I work with adult individuals, and adolescents (16+), who are committed to the process of forging a rich, authentic, and meaningful life through curiosity, reflection, and practice. I hold professional and personal experience within the LGBTQ+ community, and specialize in treating symptoms of anxiety and depression. I also provide support for those at the intersection of transition, individuals experiencing grief and loss, those healing from trauma, and those overwhelmed by feelings of burnout.
