I am honored to have spent the last 11 years walking alongside clients as they navigate the messy, painful, hopeful, and confusing parts of their lives. While I work with late teens, adults, and couples facing a broad spectrum of issues in their lives, I specialize in the following: women with ADHD, relationship issues, managing anxiety & depression, couples therapy, trauma healing, grief & loss, identity development, disordered eating, substance dependency, and boundary work with dysfunctional families. I utilize trauma-informed and attachment based perspectives, and have received externship training in EFT. I am also an approved Clinical Supervisor.
My work is intersectional and eclectic, based in depth work, relational psychodynamic psychotherapy, and somatic attunement. I am an LBGTQ+ ally and deeply committed to anti-oppressive & culturally inclusive work. I am warm, direct, and collaborative, and I strive to provide a safe and healing environment for anyone in my care.
It is in our nature to desire connection with ourselves and the people important to us but learning to connect can feel impossible at times. Where pain and trauma cause disconnection & disempowerment, the therapeutic process of self-examination in a safe space brings reconnection & agency. In time, therapy can help us heal and create more fulfilling lives.

$185 per 50-minute session for individuals
$225 per 60-minute session for couples
Insurance
I can provide Super Bills for out of network reimbursement.
