Psychotherapist

(he/him)

Counseling is a space where we get to focus on helping you move towards a life that is more fulfilling, meaningful, and connected. I work with people struggling with anxious thoughts, depression, or challenging relationships. Some are trying to navigate dating, intimacy, and partnership. Some have experienced spiritual abuse or are coming out of religious systems that have left them confused and even traumatized. Some of the people I work with are unpacking their past and trying to be free of difficult patterns. Many people are just stuck and want some help figuring out why. Counseling helps you get unstuck.

I'm a therapist trained in something called trauma informed narrative relational therapy, but I borrow from several modalities based on what works for you. I work with issues related to codependency, unwanted sexual behaviors, major life transitions, identity shifts, grief and loss, and sexual abuse. I also have a lot of experience working with athletes.

I offer a space where we can be honest and real. I'm committed to joining you in your struggles and questions, offering engagement, kindness and curiosity. The goals of our work will be created individually based on your goals and needs, but my hope is that you will be able to live with more freedom and love in your life.
