Therapy is a brave investment in yourself and whatever brings you to this page, welcome.

Through living our lives, we develop mechanisms to navigate specific times in our lives, but sometimes those methods that worked no longer serve us in the present and we become stuck. Some signs of being stuck manifest as complicated relationships, a lack of creativity, loss of agency, not being able to rest, hesitancy to play, or a lack of interest in life.

I believe we as humans are meant to be understood holistically. This means understanding you, the places you have been, those around you and the systems that impact your life. Many of us come from places where we had to make sense of our lives alone.  It’s my conviction that we are relational creatures and are not meant to face hard decisions or realities on our own. Therapy is one way to be supported in your process and I would companion you through your story.  I have seen when someone is able to share the sense-making process with another who listens, responds and remembers, there can be significant healing. Together, we can explore your story to regain movement in those stuck places.

Therapy is a safe place to explore emotional possibilities. Whether you are an individual or in a couple; we can work together to begin co-creating a process that you need. Schedule a complimentary 30-minute call to determine if we are a good match and take the first step towards healing.
