Jenny Lee
Expressive Arts Therapist
(she/her)
Jenny is an expressive art therapist whose aim is to create a safe enough space for healing from codependency, love addiction, and attachment wounds. Jenny believes that creative expression is a way to nurture the relationship between our conscious mind and the unconscious so we are able to live in harmony, as our authentic selves. Jenny also draws from DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy), CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), Gestalt Theory, Nature-assisted Theory, and Jungian Theory/Dreamwork. Each individual is unique and beautiful, and what works for one person may not work for another. Jenny utilizes creativity and compassion to find an approach that will be most successful for each client.
Jenny graduated from Pratt Institute with a Master of Professional Studies in Art Therapy and Creativity Development. She is a Licensed Mental Health Counseling Associate in the state of Washington.
At Shelterwood Collective Jenny works with individuals 13 years and older.
