Ben Watson MSW, LSWAIC
Psychotherapist
I wholeheartedly believe the greatest and most freeing gifts you can give yourself are self-exploration and compassion. Together, we can work collaboratively to further develop these qualities and foster your innate resilience.
Jessica Cunningham, MA, LMHCA
Psychotherapist
My biggest passion is to help clients unfurl into their most authentic, powerful, connected selves. I go beyond surface-level solutions to explore your unique complexities and the stories that shape you.
Marilyn Napier, MAEd, LMHCA
Psychotherapist
I help individuals and couples navigate unresolved issues related to high-stress work environments, anxiety, burnout, difficult life transitions, trauma, perfectionism, and relational challenges. I offer a safe, supportive space for clients to explore who they are, identify what they need, and foster personal growth at their own pace.
Heather Taft LMHCA, SUDP
Psychotherapist
I honor the inherent wisdom in each of us, and I view the therapeutic relationship as a collaboration between equals for the purpose of personal growth. I believe in each individual’s intrinsic value and that we are all worthy exactly as we are. My role as therapist encompasses that of a teacher, student, companion, witness, and guide. My approach is warm, genuine, and strengths-based.
