Our Practitioner Collective

We believe the work of fostering whole person healing is a profound privilege.
Our collective is a network of trusted practitioners who walk with clients on their healing journeys with expertise, care, and grace.

We believe healing is for everyone. Many of our practitioners offer sliding scale and many accept insurance.
Our Sustainable Therapy program offers low cost, affordable mental health counseling for $50-90/session.

Alisa Popova, MA, LMHCA, LMT, RYT

Psychotherapist, Massage Therapist, Reiki healer (Level III/Master), Yoga Teacher, Embodiment Coach

When we get in touch with our whole selves we begin to heal. I strive to create a safe space for you to begin deepening into who you already are. By learning to acknowledge and be in awareness with what really is, and with all parts of ourselves, we can go beyond what our nervous systems recorded in our childhoods, beyond the immediate sociocultural beliefs we are surrounded by, and into a harmonious life of wellness, in connection with all living beings. I offer tools and modalities for any and all parts of you, from the body to the spirit. My goal is to meet you where you are at, just as you are, and collaborate together on your goals.

Financial Therapist

I work with folks who are committed to self-growth and have already invested in personal healing work, but their relationship with money and success is still uncomfortable and complicated. I understand therapy can be an old familiar friend to some or a new experience which can bring some anxiety and nervousness for others. Either way, if you are excited or nervous about therapy, I make sure our sessions are a safe place to express your thoughts and gain perspective around difficult life issues. My hope is for you to feel empowered to uncover your own sense of peace and wholeness and to know you do not have to do that alone.
