Psychotherapist, Massage Therapist, Reiki healer (Level III/Master), Yoga Teacher, Embodiment Coach

When we get in touch with our whole selves we begin to heal. I strive to create a safe space for you to begin deepening into who you already are. By learning to acknowledge and be in awareness with what really is, and with all parts of ourselves, we can go beyond what our nervous systems recorded in our childhoods, beyond the immediate sociocultural beliefs we are surrounded by, and into a harmonious life of wellness, in connection with all living beings. I offer tools and modalities for any and all parts of you, from the body to the spirit. My goal is to meet you where you are at, just as you are, and collaborate together on your goals.

I work with folks who are committed to self-growth and have already invested in personal healing work, but their relationship with money and success is still uncomfortable and complicated. Often, their lived experience has forced them to confront their role within the hierarchical systems in which we exist, and they feel as if they’re hopelessly stuck, being forced to participate in a system that doesn’t value them as a holistic being, but feel as if they’re trapped by a sense of duty either to themselves or to loved ones.

Psychoanalytic Psychotherapist

It is not always clear what we are feeling. We feel and respond to things in our relationships (even unconsciously), struggling with why. We are all attempting to become alive, though fear may grasp at us. My philosophy is that everything of importance is on the inside; we all feel.

I am deeply inspired by the capacity for humans to heal, grow, evolve, and thrive even after deeply challenging, and often, traumatic circumstances.

In my work as a therapist I like to think of myself as a guide who brings clients back to their innate wisdom and helps them reclaim the parts they have lost, forgotten or buried in order to survive and belong.

What does the client’s world look like in all of its facets of sufferings and goodness, and how does that inform the client’s current view in how they approach their life.
